Members of the Fort Collins Audubon Society enjoy the activities listed below.  Check our calendar for upcoming opportunities!

Programs.  Through lectures, slide presentations, and question and answer sessions, expert presenters offer you the chance to learn about wildlife and conservation programs from around the world.
Field Trips.  Skilled birders take you to local birding hot spots.  Past trips have also included "behind the scenes" visits to the aviary at the Denver Zoo and collections at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.  Longer journeys to more distant birding areas like Janos, Chihuahua and Cheyenne Bottoms, Kansas.
Christmas Bird Count.
Birdathon.  Held every May, this event is our chief fundraiser.
Dessert Potluck and Slide Show. In place of our December program, members bring some of their best slides and their favorite dessert dish to share.  Start saving up your favorite slides for this year's get together!

Cleanup of Natural Areas.  Help to clean up the City keep its natural area's picked up.

Networking.  All our programs and projects give you opportunities to meet and have fun with others who share your interest in and enthusiasm for wildlife and the outdoors.
