CASA, Inc. of Larimer County
CASA, Inc. is a non-profit, tax exempt (501)c(3) organization that recruits and trains volunteers to work as Court Appointed Special Advocates. These volunteers are appointed by the Juvenile Judge, Eighth Judicial District, to represent the best interests of abused and neglected children within our court system.
CASA, Inc. manages the Harmony House family visitation centers in Fort Collins and Loveland, where supervised visitations and exchanges (custody/divorce) can occur within a warm, homelike atmosphere.

"One stormy night after receiving an unexpected phone call I rushed to be with my CASA kids, Ben 1 ½ years old and Adam 4 years old. The children, with only a couple of hours warning, no dinner, and little reassurance, were being moved from their second foster home to their third. When I arrived, the Department of Human Services supervisor, a stranger to the boys who couldn’t remember their names, concentrated on her paper work. Ben only wailed and Adam undid his seatbelt and fled back into the snowstorm before I caught him up in my arms.
