Our Mission

The Children's Clinic is dedicated to serving, with the support and involvement of the community at large, the children of Larimer County who cannot afford basic acute and preventive medical care and increased access to a board referral base of health and social services are provided. The right of every patient to quality health care and human dignity is recognized.
