anniversary gala
The Anniversary Gala, complete with dinner, dancing and live and silent auctions, allows Crossroads to recognize and engage supporters through client stories and staff interaction. Renamed each year to commemorate the number of years since Crossroads was founded, this formal event is our major fundraiser of the year. In 2008, the 28th Anniversary Gala grossed more than $148,000 to support domestic violence prevention, awareness and safehousing. The event was held on November 8, 2008, at the Fort Collins Hilton.
Generous local businesses, community leaders and event attendees help make this possible. At the Gala, Crossroads also presents "Creative Vision for Women Awards" to individuals, groups or companies that have made unique contributions to end violence against women. The event is also the culmination of the "Fabric of Legacies" Quilt Raffle.
