1. Current Projects Status.

   • Work in progress available online at http://www.fortnet.org/~goshorn/fortnet/

2. Discussion of new software:
   • Apache update: Linden is now running Apache 1.0.3 see http://www.apache.org for details on the specific version.

IV. New Business

1. New Projects:

   1. Home Education Radio Network page revision. Contact Mike Goshorn for the new page content text file. An updated Info Provider Application has been requested.

   2. Humane Society for Larimer County - the crude data is in ~ftp/incoming/HTML/humane and was prepared using an editor of some kind that omitted much of the required html code.

   3. Photos of the Fort Collins area are needed to a scenic tour of the area.

2. New Software:

   • Needed: A "Cork Board" software package to allow a FortNet community bulletin board. Software sources or ideas for an alternate approach will are needed.

   • miniSQL is being evaluated as a web-based database product.

   • MOM spider for checking links on your pages is available.

3. FortNet re-design:

   • FortNet User Survey:
     This item has been on the "Volunteers Needed" list for some time. Any suggestions for things to include in such a survey would be helpful

   • Please bring a list of any other items requiring changes to the meeting.

4. HTML QA Standards:

   • In addition to the existing "Standards" page, I would like to create a short " The FortNet HTML QA Process" page for the INFOPROVIDER section to explain
     1. Why we do QA
     2. Which pages are subject to QA
     3. The tools and procedures for the process

     Although most of this information is presented in a combination of the:

     1. Info Provider Welcome Letter,
     2. Information Provider FortNet QA Standards
     3. and summarized on Charles Clarke's QA Procedures page,
     there seems to be some confusion about what is required and how to review documents for QA approval.

     I believe that if we create one short document to summarize the procedure and present links to the tools, more people will be able to correctly pre-screen their own documents.

   • Please bring any additions to the items discussed at the last meeting.

V. Presentation

• An introductory html session for those attending their first html meeting was offered by Neil Allen.

• MOM spider software discussion.
