3. HTML QA Standards:

   • Discussion of specific updates posted to the HTML QA Standards
     1. Why we do QA
     2. MS Explorer 3.1 vs Netscape 3.0 design considerations
     3. Proposal to send a standard letter to those who submit a project for QA stating that we have received the documents and will be making changes necessary to comply with FortNet's standards.

        This is an effort to save time writing back and forth pointing out changes required and how to make them.

        For those Info Providers interested in learning more about HTML, we will provide assistance as before.
