FORT COLLINS - The Board of Directors of FortNet, The Fort Collins Community Computer Network, elected new board member Marcia Lewis in August. For the last 15 years, Marcia has been a Loveland resident and Assistant Library Director of the Loveland Public Library. Marcia's interest in collecting and disseminating local information in a timely manner and her background in information technology will be a valuable asset to FortNet.

FortNet is a community non-profit organization which maintains a World Wide Web server that hosts community information on the Internet. FortNet offers educational opportunities, creates websites for community organizations and provides Internet-based services such as listservs, ServiceNet, e-mail forwarding and a community calendar of events.
