FORT COLLINS - The third annual Community Internet Festival is scheduled for January 30, 1999, at Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, Colorado. The free event is sponsored by FortNet, the Community Information Network. Surf the net for free and learn to use the web for everything from planning a trip to investing for the future to marketing your business. A variety of education sessions will be held for web users of all levels. Internet-related products and services will be showcased in the vendor booths. This Festival is designed to introduce attendees to Internet products and services and to provide a hands-on learning experience. A children’s activity center will keep kids entertained while parents attend the educational sessions. Food is available for purchase.
