Newsletter (Alyson McGee, Jim White), circulation ~750
· Write, edit, and produce quarterly Preservation Rag
· Recruit sponsors, deliver group distributions

Membership (Jim White, Brad Goetz) ongoing
· Develop membership structure
· Recruit members
· Create and maintain database of members and status

Project Identification and Support Team (Mary Humstone), now in formation
· Update Preservation Priority List
· Administer Project Evaluation Process, maintain records of all submittals and progress
· Consider fee structure for project assistance

Preston Farm Construction Phase I (Mary Humstone, Jim White, Brad Goetz), current project
· Continue to administer State Historical Fund supported farmhouse rehabilitation project, including project coordinator, architect and general contractor activities.

Preston Farm Construction Phase II, needed for work in 2001
· Develop plan for future of the Farm, including use of remaining Phase 2 State Historical Fund grant monies.
· Determine the extent of the restoration/rehabilitation work to be done on remaining eleven structures, including uses of both the farmstead and the individual buildings.
· Develop appropriate Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for vendors and businesses who may become tenants or owners.

Downtown River Corridor (Karen Joslin, Rheba Massey) ongoing
· Represent preservation interests in the Old Fort Site Survey project currently planned as joint effort with the City, property owners, and Downtown Development Authority. This two-year project will include a full historical and architectural survey as well as an archeological survey and field testing.
· Downtown River Corridor Implementation Plan Project Forum participation with city staff , Chamber of Commerce, Poudre River Trust and other partners.

Preston Farm Grain Elevator (Alyson McGee, Jim Joy, Dick Hill) current
· Administer City of Fort Collins exterior preservation grant and owner match project.
· Coordinate ongoing volunteer construction work and material contributions.

Harmony Corridor Development
· Preston Centre at Wildwood: (Karen Joslin, Bud Frick) ongoing
Monitor current plans for development surrounding Preston Farm to assure compliance with P.U.D. filed September 2000.

· Harmony School Retail Shops: (Karen Joslin) ongoing
Monitor development plans to assure the protection of the context of the Harmony School. (This development is in limbo and has lost the original PUD filing. The development of this property will require an all new P.U.D. AS of December 2000, the Dial companies held the option with Western Property Advisors on this land.)

· Harmony Cash Store: (Mary Humstone, Jennifer Carpenter) current
Investigate opportunities for preserving this site in partnership with the City of Fort Collins. (Recent sale by owners to out of town developer with plans to hold the property until surrounding pieces can be purchased. No interest in preserving the structures at the site. Future city traffic considerations will impact this parcel.)
