When our program began in 1977 at Poudre Valley Hospital, it was one of the first in Colorado. We have grown along with the community, and we offer expanded services to meet individuals' needs. Follow the links below for an overview of typical services.

The Cardiac Rehab staff has experience working with people of many different physical abilities. We offer you years of experience working with healthy people and those with special needs. We design classes so they have a low ratio of participants to staff so we can give you special attention during exercise.
