The 2011-2012 formal concert series consists of four performances. Performances are at the Mountain View High School Sue E. Wall Auditorium, 3500 Mountain Lion Drive. All performances are free and open to the public, with free-will donations accepted at all performances.

Come and celebrate the holiday season with traditional favorites and selections evoking the spirit of this special time of year. To continue our concert season, we will be conducting a food drive at this concert to benefit the Food Bank for Larimer County in order to help feed the hungry members of our community. Additionally, there may be a surprise visitor with a treat for kids of all ages!
The concert is free, but those attending are asked to bring a bag of non-perishable food items to benefit the Food Bank for Larimer County. The Loveland Concert Band is very pleased to partner with the Food Bank for Larimer County to celebrate this time of year through wonderful music and generous donations of much needed food.
The Food Bank for Larimer County opened its Food Share distribution point in Loveland at 245 S. Madison Ave. on November, 2006. First month of operations exceeded projections by serving 1,956 clients. In October 2008 they served 3,510 clients and distributed 133,070 pounds through this site. They have experienced a 200% increase in client visits from 2006-2009 and in 2010 have exceeded capacity, serving over 215 people each day. In 2009 over 27,000 unduplicated clients were served through both locations distributing over 7 million pounds of food, a 25% increase over 2008. In 2010 they expect to serve over 28,500 clients with more than 7.5 million pounds of food. Loveland Food Share hours of operation are between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. On Sunday, February 19, at 7:00 p.m., the Loveland Concert Band directed by Scott Schlup and Rocky Mountain High School’s cast of “Annie” will perform the “A Bit of Broadway” concert and hold a raffle for prizes at Mountain View High School Sue E. Wall Auditorium, 3500 Mountain Lion Drive, Loveland, CO. The concert is FREE to the public (Donations will be accepted at the door).
Please join us for a great evening of familiar music from popular Broadway musicals and a special medley of music from “Annie” with the cast from Rocky Mountain High School. This concert also includes our annual scholarship raffle for prizes, where we raise money to provide scholarships to four seniors in the Thompson Valley School District. This is a great chance to hear some great Broadway tunes and win a prize, such as a restaurant certificate, tickets to the theater, or a certificate for shopping at the mall.
The Loveland Concert Band and Rocky Mountain High School’s cast of “Annie” will perform a variety of selections from the Broadway musical “Annie”, including “Maybe”, “Hard-Knock Life”, “Tomorrow”, “Think I’m Gonna Like It Here”, “NYC”, “Easy Street”, “You Won’t Be An Orphan For Long”Fully Dressed”, “I Don’t Need Anything”, and “New Deal For Christmas”. The Loveland High School Music Ensemble will also perform various musical selections. The Loveland Concert Band will also perform a medley of broadway tunes in “Opening Night on Broadway“ arranged by Michael Brown, and a guest trombone soloist will perform “But Not For Me“ by George and Ira Gershwin arranged by Warren Barker. So, please join us and have a fun time listening to some great music and also take a chance on winning big prizes in our scholarship raffle.
The concert is FREE to the public (Donations will be accepted at the door).
In presenting the Annual Scholarship Raffle at this concert at least 15 prizes will be available. Tickets ($2 each, 6 for $10, 13 for $20) are available from band members and at our concert. Need not be present to win. But, why would you want to miss such a great concert?

Each summer concert series consists of six weekly performances on Tuesday nights at the Lynn and Norma Hammond Amphitheater in North Lake Park, 29th and Taft, Loveland, CO, just south of Loveland High School. The one exception is the July 4th concert is always on the 4th of July. This venue is a perfect backdrop for an evening picnic with some great music. All performances are free and open to the public, with free-will donations accepted at all but the July 4th performance. The following are TBD UNCONFIRMED concert dates for the 2012 Summer season.
