Gala 2008 - S'Wonderful, An Evening of Gershwin and Porter
Join us on Saturday October 18, 2008 as we celebrate with the music of George Gershwin and Cole Porter.McKee Wellness and Conference Center, 2000 Boise Ave. in Loveland is the locale for this year's gala. You will have a S'Marvelous time at this elegant evening as you enjoy these great American standards sung by LOT singers and special guest Loveland's own Sharon Sheets, all accompanied by the Matthew R. Floyd Jazz Combo with Adam Bodine, jazz pianist and Zoe Nishimuta, piano.
Your taste-buds will be in S'Paradise as you dine on a three-course gourmet meal including beer and wine. And of course it will be S'Awful Nice for you when you discover your own special treasure at our silent auction. Remember, Christmas will be just around the corner and this might be the perfect opportunity to find that once in a lifetime gift.
In keeping with the festive nature of the evening you'll want to break out your fancy dud's for this black-tie optional evening.
Prices for the event are: $65.00 per person or $120.00 for two. Corporate or personal tables will
be sold for $450.00 for eight people. There will be a maximum of 250 tickets
available for the event, so you will want to get your reservation in soon.
