Fiber Celebration is our juried show, now in its 32nd year. It provides a well publicized display for fiber artists and encourages members to compete with national and international peers. Special thanks to our donors. Fiber Celebration 2006 The Lincoln Center Jurors Elda Kohls has a lifetime of experiences in the visual arts. She now concentrates on creating unique clothing of fabric and leather. She teaches silk painting, surface design techniques, and ikat weaving. Elda's work has received numerous awards and has been widely exhibited in gallery shows and competitions, including the Invitational Fashion Show at HGA's Convergence 2004. Jean Scorgie publishes Weaver's Craft, a quarterly periodical for beginning and intermediate handweavers. She is a former editor of Handwoven magazine and has taught workshops and classes throughout the country. Fiber Celebration
