• Vendor setup will be from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Friday; and 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
• A Special Memorial will be held during Saturday's first session in loving memory of NCIPA Co-Founder and Vendor Coordinator, Ms. Deborah Wadena. All friends and family are invited to attend.
• The Native food concession will open at 11:00 a.m. each day. Menu includes Indian Tacos, frybread, stew....
• **Saturday Feed for powwow participants will be co-sponsored by Honored Individual 2008-09, Gracie Tyon, and her Family and Friends, AND Linda and Bill Wardlow. **
• All special honorings will be scheduled, and any additional requests must be approved by the Committee.

• Contestants must be in two Grand Entries to be eligible for prize money.

• Public is Invited!! Everyone is welcome!
• Bring your own lawn chairs. 

Admission fees:
Ages 13 and older	$4.00/day or $6.00 weekend pass
Ages 6-12	$2.00/day or $3.00 weekend pass
5 and younger	free
