Bright Beginnings' services are part of a statewide, non-profit network of regional offices,
designed to celebrate the birth of every child, welcome the child into the community,
and offer warm, friendly support to all parents. Two free programs, Warm Welcome Visits
for families of newborn babies, and Moving On Groups for families of one-year-old children ensure that families gain information and skills to become strong, informed parents.
Why a Little Visit Makes a BIG Difference: During the first few years of a baby's life they will grow and develop more dramatically than during any other stage in life. Meeting a child's needs for nurturing, intellectual stimulation and health care is critical to building a strong foundation that will allow a child to succeed in school and in life. REQUEST A VISIT
