Thought for the day

In the Ft. Collins Weekly in an article nicely done by Gary Wockner I found the following quote for one Ray Martinez ”There was a drought, we all have to conserve, and we have to give new taps to new people. Through our conservation efforts, we had enough water to handle the new growth.” WHAT! With 65%-75% of the population  listing rapid growth as their number one concern, I don’t think I’d be saying this because the next time a little drought rolls around, they may not be so willing to cut their quality of life so more people can move in!
