For Children includes an article titled, "Early Lessons in Courage", written as a book review for Young People and Chronic Illness: True Stories, Help and Hope" by Kelly Huegel   and tells the stories of 10 young people who are living with chronic illness. The book explains what their routines are like, and offers advice about how teachers, parents and friends can support chronically ill young people as they work to have normal, happy lives.
