(Chairman's Planning Guide)

The Chairman's Planning Guide helps ensure the success of Jaycees projects by taking the chairperson/s step-by-step through the planning process. It includes all manpower assignments, materials needed, volunteers needed and the budget.

CPG's are a valuable resources for future chairpersons, and are used by a panel of judges before conferences to help judge a project's worthiness for awards on a state level.
