Council 1214 Scholarship Program

"Student Applicant" This Scholarship/Leadership award is offered based on Faith, Leadership, and Educational Goals shown for student's academic life. Applicants applying should be involved in academic or vocational pursuits. Only students who graduate from high school or home school in the current year, or its related equivalent, may apply for this award. The applications are available Jan 15 and due April 15. Please mail, email, or hand deliver the application to the Grand Knight or Scholarship Chairman of Council 1214. Participants will be notified within 3 to 4 weeks from April 15 of the current year.

Applicants who desire an electronic copy of the application can send an email to the webmaster or contact the Grand Knight at Council 1214.

Scholarship Applicants must be registered at one of the local Fort Collins Catholic churches. Schalorships are awarded by depositing the money with the winner's school of choice. The applications can be downloaded from this site and openned with an Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can download a free copy by clicking on the site below.

Once the document is openned in an Adobe Reader, you can enter your response by placing the cursor over the blank areas and typing your response. Save the entries and you can mail them electronically by attaching them to an email.
