Longmont Self-Help Group: meets August 8th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Longmont Senior Center, 910 Long's Peak Ave. Stacey Arnett, a certified clinical hypnotherapist, will talk about the benefits of hypnosis. Further information is forthcoming for the September speaker. The Longmont MS Suppport Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month and is open to all. Fort Collins Self-Help Support Group meets every Tuesday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 pm at the NMSS office, 424 Pine St. Speakers on first Tuesday of each month. On August 5th, Wlll Lewis, will speak on "Value of Therapeutic Massage". Our September 3rd speaker, Paul Joncas, will address "Spirituality as a Goal for Managing M.S." .
