Intermediate and Age Group Program

Intermediate and Junior/Senior Competitive Programs 2009- 2010

Intermediate Program:
For swimmers who have passed Novice Skills and are ready to move on, and for swimmers with one or more seasons of Intermediate experience who would benefit from refining their skills before moving on.
August 23 - mid April or May depending on qualification
$140/month + registration fees
Enter 1 figure meet and 2-3 figure/routine meets.
Perform in 2-3 water shows.
Sundays:
- 5:00 - 7:00 (after Jan. 1 Sunday practices will go until 7:30 p.m.)
- Thompson Valley High School.
and Tuesdays or Wednesdays (your choice)
- 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
- Tuesdays at EPIC diving well
- Wednesdays at Mountain View Aquatic Center.
and 4 or 5 Saturday mornings at TVHS
and occasional "dry practice" as needed. This is optional if you have any conflicts.

Junior/Senior Program (also called Lower and Upper Age Group):
For swimmers with two to three seasons of Intermediate experience and anxious to move on, and for current Junior/Senior level swimmers.
August 23 - mid April, May, or June depending on qualification
$175/month + registration fees
Enter 1 figure meet and 3-4 figure/routine meets.
Sundays:
- 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. (after Jan. 1 Sunday practices will go until 7:30 p.m.)
- TVHS
and Tuesdays
- 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
- EPIC

and 16-20 Saturday mornings at TVHS

and "dry practice" Thursday nights 1 - 4 times/month as needed.
