bulletNeed to turn in your envelopes tonight to Melinda.
bulletPopcorn sales incentive checks to dens
bulletBlue & Gold Banquet plans - Lisa
bulletService project - Prairie Dog Meadow Natural Area
bulletRoadrunners and Tiger Cubs clean in December, Den 1 and Den 3 in January
bulletDecember pack meeting, December 16 - "Holiday Magic"
bulletChuck suggested a cake judging and action and donate the proceeds to the Salvation Army. Also a speaker from the Salvation Army to describe what they do. Do we want to do this or something else?
bulletOpening flag ceremony is Den 3, closing is Vipers. Setup is Den 3 and Roadrunners, cleanup is Vipers. Would one of the dens who are scheduled for January sparklers be willing to do it in December (Vipers or Den 5) as the Hawks would like to do it in January as that is when we will be doing our Showman badge. The dens scheduled for December (Dragons and Cobras) did it last month. Does anyone else want to volunteer for a sparkler in December?
bulletDo we want to hand out pinewood derby cars in December? Did we order cars? We have 59 boys (excluding the Webelo II's who will graduate prior to the pinewood derby). We did have a few cars left over from last year (see Susan Giglio).
bulletAnnounce top popcorn sellers and thank helpers.
bulletJanuary pack meeting, January 27 - "Discover Our Family Heritage"
bulletGuest speaker or activity?
bulletOpening flag ceremony is Den 4, closing is Cobras. Setup is Den 4 and Flaming Dragons, cleanup is Cobras. Sparklers are Vipers and Den 5 although Hawks would like to do it in January. See above.

bulletPopcorn sale forms due tonight
bulletPopcorn pickup November 13
bulletMoney from den due back to Cindy by Nov 29
bulletIn the Webelos to Scout transition guide, they say that the Webelos II should get any excess money they earned to apply to their Boy Scout fees. We should probably give them a portion of the money they raise this year. One option would be to say that the money from the first $100 earned goes to the pack and then they get 25 cents on the dollar for any additional popcorn they sold. The checks would be written to their troop, with the understanding that it would go to their account. If they choose not to go onto Boy Scouts, the money will stay in the pack.
bulletService project - Prairie Dog Meadow Natural Area
bulletHawks and Tigers (Webelos) clean in November, Roadrunners and Tiger Cubs clean in December
bulletHome Depot is once again inviting Cub Scouts to come to the store and do woodworking projects. They have set aside Wednesday s from 4 p.m. to do the projects. Call Michelle Griffith, 206-0774, to reserve your spot. There is normally a fee for the kits (around $5).

bulletStill need kits for Cobras and Webelos II boys. If any den has any extras, please let us know.
bulletDen 1 has opening flag ceremony, Badgers have closing flag ceremony, Cobras and Den 1 have setup, Badgers have cleanup
bulletAdults are needed to help set up the courses. We need to be ready to go at 7 p.m. We should also plan how the boys will race so that we can do it in the most efficient way.
bulletDo we want to get some inexpensive prizes such as gliders for the winners? If so, we need to define how we are going to determine the winners.
