The current balance was reported to be $2,529.73. Recharter fees are due by the end of December so Den Leaders need to ask scouts to pay in November. This cost is $10 for registration and $10.80 for the magazine. This will carry the scout thru 2004. The Pack will pay for the transfer fees for any scout. It is $1/scout.

The budget for the Blue/Gold Banquet is $500.00.

Pam stated that popcorn sales bring in roughly $6000.00 in revenue.

Pam stated that boys who graduate from Webelos to Boy Scouts can get a credit based on their POPCORN sells. This is called CAMP Bucks and can be used for day or night camp. The maximum they can receive is $50.00.

OPEN COMMITTEE POSITIONS: Kay explained to the den leaders that they needed to encourage ALL parents to help out in Pack 191. It was also recommended that only one sparkler be used at the Pack Meetings.

There will be no awards in November because of the "Space Derby."

AWARDS ISSUES:

The question was raised: Do we want to do activity badges and never get the Webelos rank 1st? After a great deal of discussion it was voted by the committee to go with the progress towards rank.

The electives beads are done at the Den meetings.

Give the totems at the Pack meetings.
