Accounting

All expenses incurred for Pack 91 programs must be approved by the Committee Chairperson prior to the purchase. Reimbursement requests should be made with the Pack 91 form. Pack 91 Accounting Voucher - instructions and form for reimbursement for Scouting expenses.

Cub Scouts take the protection of our youth seriously!

Pack 91 encourages every adult associated with the pack to complete the BSA Youth Protection Course. The BSA requires it be completed before becoming a registered member and the certificate of completion needs to be attached to all applications for adult membership.

Youth Protection Training is online. You can go through the course and take the online test following the training, all in the comfort of your home. This course is required every two years as a condition of membership in the BSA.

To take this online course, and others, open an account at: My Scouting. A BSA ID Number is requested at time of application. Just leave it blank at this time. It can be added later. Once your account is open, use the links at the left side to find the E-Learning Center.

Training

Adults don't just come to Cub Scouts knowing how to make the program run. Scouts learn more and have more fun if leaders and helping parents have training. All adults registered with Pack 91 must take Youth Protection training every two years. All adults in direct program contact with scouts should take Fast Start and Basic training in their position. Adults in committee or non-direct scout contact, are encouraged to take Fast Start training and Basic Committee Member training.

Uniform Helps

Pack 91 encourages the wearing of the complete uniform for all registered leaders having direct contact with the scouts. Registered adults without direct scout contact may wear the uniform as an option. Scouts are encouraged to wear as much of the Cub Scout uniform as their families can afford.
