The Poudre River Trust encourages mixed-use along the
riverfront. The river is a natural amenity that can be a
focal point for city celebration.

The intent of the Trust is to blend existing uses with
future uses by making the area more accessible to the
general public. Commercial, office, residential and
public facilities can exist side-by-side with the natural
environment to create vitality in the river area that
should benefit the entire city.
