Book Sale, Foothills Fashion Mall, Feb 26-28, 2010
Calling all readers and non-readers alike!
You can't afford to miss the annual book
sale.
This is the one sale where you can count on
no duds. All books are cleaned and
checked for damage then sorted by genre and
then by author's last name. You
don't have to sort through the entire
section to find your favorite author! Only gently used books are in
the sale. No warped, water damaged or
mildewed books allowed!
Paperbacks (both trade and mass market) sell
for $2 each, hardbacks are $4. Kids'
books for less than a dollar. What a
deal!!
Proceeds from the sale are shared equally
between AAUW and SIFC. AAUW provides
scholarships and SIFC uses our part to fund
programs that aid women and girls locally
and through the world.
SIFC is accepting donations of

16, 2010 SIFC will be
presenting the Women's Opportunity and
Living Her Dream scholarships, along with
the Violet Richardson Award for teen girls who
volunteer and the Ruby Award for women
who make a difference for other women. 
SIFC
hosted Fort Collins' first ever Bras for a
Cause event, Cups De Ville, on October 8th at the Hilton.
The event boasted a silent auction, appetizers including a chocolate fountain, and of course
beautiful bras decorated by local businesses and non-profits.
