Connections is a partnership of The Larimer Center for Mental Health and the Health District of Northern Larimer County. Connections provides information, referral and assistance for residents of Fort Collins and northern Larimer County through telephone and walk-in appointments during business hours. Connections helps with referrals to LCMH or direct referrals to community therapists and services based on need and ability to pay.

The Department of Human Services provides services which assist individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency and social well being. Services can include financial assistance for shelter, food and medical care. Services are provided either directly by department personnel, and/or through collaborations or contracts with other community agencies.
